Create reusable text message templates to answer common questions, then send them with a tap.

How do Templates work?

Templates help you save time on repetitive administrative tasks so you can spend more time doing what you love. Choose from our library of prewritten text messages and edit them as you like. Or, simply create your own custom Templates with your company logo and business information included. To get started:

Go to Index > Settings

Select Templates

View Sample Templates or Create New

(Optional) Add Your Logo + Business Info

Once Templates are set up, just tap    in the Texting Toolbar to populate and send your prewritten message—along with any logos or additional information you’ve included.

How do Templates help?
