How do Reviews work?

Use the Reviews tool capture positive business reviews while they’re still top-of mind for your customer. Just connect your Google Business account to Index, or add your own custom links to get reviewed on popular sites like Facebook and Yelp. You can include up to three review links in one message. To get started:

Go to Index > Settings

Select Reviews

Follow the Prompts

Add Your Review Links

It’s as simple as that. Once Reviews are set up, just tap the    icon in the Texting Toolbar to populate your prewritten message and links, and start requesting reviews from your happy customers.
