How do Appointments work?

To manage appointments with text, simply connect your Google or iCloud calendars to Index. You can even set automated reminders to minimize no-shows. To get started:

Go to Index > Settings

Select Appointments

Follow the Prompts

Once Appointments are set up, just tap the    icon in the Texting Toolbar to share your booking link or schedule a new appointment with a customer right from the text thread.

It’s as simple as that. Once Reviews are set up, just tap the icon in the Texting Toolbar to populate your prewritten message and links, and start requesting reviews from your happy customers.

How do Appointments help?
